- Non-Affiliation: Irigration is an independent application developed for personal record-keeping only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Department of Justice, the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS/ISD), or any other official government body or agency of Ireland.

- User Responsibility: The App is intended solely as an organizational aid for personal use. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, immigration requirements, and the latest official rules and guidelines issued by the Government of Ireland. The App does not provide legal advice, and developers assume no liability for any non-compliance, errors, or immigration status violations.

2. Information Collection and Use

- Irigration does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers. All information you input—including travel history, stamps, added document files, dates, and immigration status details—is stored locally on your device.

- No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or provide personal identifiers (such as name, email, or phone number) to use the App.

- No Server Uploads: None of your documents, photos, or records are ever transmitted to our servers or any third-party cloud infrastructure.

3. Device Permissions

To enable core features, the App may request access to certain device capabilities:

- Storage / Files & Media: Required solely to allow you to select, attach, view and export immigration-related files or documents within the App.

- These permissions are used strictly on-device to read and write the files you select.

4. Third-Party Services and Analytics

Irigration does not use third-party tracking, advertising networks, or analytics SDKs that monitor your activity or collect personal data.

5. Data Security & Retention

Because all data resides exclusively in your device’s local storage:

- You maintain complete control over your data.

- Uninstalling the App or clearing its local storage will permanently delete all records and documents stored within it, unless you have backed them up independently.
